Top 5 WW Meals On A Budget with Smart Points
Weight Watchers is by far my favorite weight loss program. I love that you can adjust it to your dietary needs, your different tastes and preferences. When Jayme and I got married we vowed that we would not bring whole wheat pasta into our house because we both hate it. With Weight Watchers that is not an issue at all! I just plan my meals around what I like and how many points I have left in my day!
One of the ways that I have been successful on Weight Watchers is having a binder of recipes with all of my favorite recipes and the point value right on the recipe. That way when I don’t know what to include in my meal plan I can just flip through it and find inspiration. I am teaming up with a great group of ladies to share our favorite Weight Watcher meals! I have also done a super fun video on my YouTube channel of my Top 5 WW Foods if you would like to check that out as well!
