Society tells us that if we can afford the payment of something that we can afford that item, like if you can afford a $300 car payment then it’s within your budget. NO! If you can’t pay cash for it then you can’t afford it! Now that I am debt free I’ve found that there are so many things that I can now easily afford to pay cash for but they simply aren’t worth it to me anymore.
